A well-established New Zealand family-owned Manufacturing and Distribution Company based in West Auckland, has experienced exponential growth, and is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with their Managing Director.

This faced-paced role would suit an EA who is ready to embrace a challenge. You will be required to assist the Director in every aspect, including running meetings on his behalf when he is unavailable. Through your ability to get things done, you will take responsibility and assist him in achieving goals and objectives.
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Director in ensuring that deliverables are achieved within given timelines
  • Provide administrative support including diary and email management
  • Ensuring confidentiality in all aspects
  • Conduct meetings on behalf of the Director
  • Supporting the Director with relationships and key stakeholders

 
Requirements:

  • Be highly organised, proactive and take initiative
  • Have the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • Have excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with key stake holders
  • Accurate administrative skills
  • Take initiative and be one-step-ahead of Directors requirements
  • Have a positive manner with the ability to work with people across all levels
