Integrity1 is an independent, fast-growing Payroll, HR, HRIS and Management Consultancy business and are now seeking a Payments Administrator to join our team based in Manukau. We have expertise and extensive experience in helping organisations implementing new HRIS, Payroll and Time and Attendance systems.

Alongside this, we assist with Consultancy, Managed Payroll Services, Project and Program Management, System Reviews and are heavily involved in MBIE Holidays Act Remediation Projects which means that there are always opportunities to grow and learn and move into other roles across the Company. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, so you don’t need to have a background in payroll to be considered for this role. Just a great attitude, the ability to communicate with confidence, and love working with data.
 
About the Role:
The Payments Administrator role forms a crucial part of Integrity1’s payroll remediation service in supporting our clients with managing payments to current and/or former employees, after a Holidays Act remediation project.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Sending out communications to our Client’s current and former employees through letters and email
  • Managing payment applications
  • Collating payment data for upload
  • Responding to client queries
  • Coordinating with internal teams
  • Project status reporting

  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
  • The ability to communicate with confidence
