Holidays Act Remediation Payment Application for Former Employees

Fulton Hogan have recently undergone a recalculation of all Annual Leave and BAPS (Bereavement Leave, Alternative Holiday, Public Holiday & Sick leave) payments to ensure they comply with the Holidays Act.  

Following the recalculation, Fulton Hogan have partnered with Integrity1, a payroll consultancy company experienced in dealing with Holidays Act recalculation projects and payments, to help manage the process of contacting and processing any backpay entitlements to former Fulton Hogan employees.
