Entitlement review for public holidays

Last year, we wrote to you advising that you were eligible to seek a review of your holiday payments during certain periods of casual employment with The Warehouse Limited (TWL).  Thank you for opting-in to the review and for your patience as we have worked through the review period.  

The outcome of the review as it relates to you is that you are owed holiday pay that was erroneously calculated during your casual employment. 

As you are not a current employee, we need to verify your banking and deduction details before processing this payment.  Please select submit below where you will be able to upload relevant banking, tax and KiwiSaver information.  You will need to provide evidence of identification (e.g. passport, driver’s license, birth certificate, 18+ card etc) and bank details so please have these ready.
