Holidays Act Remediation Payment Application for Former Employees
SteelServ have recently undergone an independent audit process driven by an experienced 3rd party, Integrity1 and in co-operation with the Labour Inspector to ensure compliance with the Holidays Act.
Following the audit, Integrity1 were engaged to recalculate Annual Leave payments and balances in weeks, in accordance with the Holidays Act.
This involved a complete recalculation of all payments and balances since the 10th of August 2013 for SteelServ employees, comparing that against what was initially paid, and their leave balances.
